Shitty bench workout

One of my big things has been about being tougher mentally.  Everyone will eventually reach the point where they cant overcome stress however.  I reached my limit last night.  My gf who is in a fight with cancer spent most of the day in the er.  Im trying to do a bench only meet next weekend but she is the priority now.  Well as I was talking to her she talked me into going to the gym.  My head just wasnt in it.  My warm up's felt like shit.  I almost missed my last raw warm up.  Just shouldve stayed home
