Catching up

I havent been logging my training anywhere.  Things are getting better in the gym.  I can do decent weight again but not the monster weights just yet.


Some highlights

I know I can pull back over 700 again (that was a big worry)

Bench I have shirted up once and smoked 635 off a 1 board and feel like that will be a super easy opener

Squat Ive been fighting a nagging it band.  Pain free I expect to go over 920.

BW is down but coming back up.  I cleaned the shit up out of my diet and life (lol) and things are turning around.

Overall Im in a good place and Im at peace with myself and Im happy.
