Just plain tired

I must say last night was the first time I can remember it being a squat day and me not feeling up to it.

I did some squats to chains around parallel against blue bands

warms ups

345*2
435*2
add briefs
525*2
615*2
miss at 665, just didnt really push it

speed pulls
5 sets of 3

leg curls
3 sets

lat pulls
3 sets

Sunday when i get back from the state meet Im going to refocus and get my work in and start back kicking ass.  I just havent been hungry in the gym lately and not really going balls out like I like to, that shits over.
