Pull training

I dont know where this lift is at the moment.  It shows signs of greatness and the next workout its shit, well shit for 3-4 workouts then signs of greatness.

745*1*2> these sucked.  I tried briefs on the second set and got a little more pop but my set up was way off and form was shit.  My left elbow is also jacked up and holding the bar was hard, I also got dumb (imagine that) and didnt use any chalk.
