IM back

Havent been keeping up with this thing at all.  For those of you keeping score at home life 64646464 db 0.  Thats right I have a worse track record than the cubs.  Hell they have a better chance at winning the series this year then I do without having some sort of life altering event.  Hell Ive tried to quit lifting but she keeps calling me back.  Thats my only true love at this point.  Maybe there is a female version of me out there but she probably locked in an insane asylum or something.  Who knows.  Anyways the real important stuff, Training.

Basically I started back in the gym regularly in February but not back into full speed in April.  So far the numbers are coming back.  I can see where I was at going into last year and think I can be back there in a matter of weeks now.  The raw bench has been the one that has been off the farther-est.  At one time I really felt a 6 week mini cycle would have me benching over 500.  I will give that a run in a few months.

The squat is weak from the surgery.  My core strength is coming back.  I had allot of muscle that was sliced open so it takes a bit of time for it to heal.  Its close.  I did an easy 695 in briefs and wraps last week.  I will probably do some band work in a few weeks to prime the cns to get things boosted again.  Gear has been a big issue, nothing fit.  But I have some good gear in now and will have a new suit soon.  Cant wait to see how it all plays out.

The pull is showing promise.  I didnt pull for nearly a year.  I hit 565 for three a few weeks back in single ply suit bottoms and pulled 675 the week after off a 2" mat.  Its right back to where it was as long as I keep working.  I will start my pull program over this week that got my into the sevens a few years ago.  Im also following allot of the 10/20/life stuff by Carroll.

Well thats where things are in the gym.  I have some more stuff to write about once I get more time.  Its going to be a good one.
