just some training

No novel or anything like that today

Been a little under the weather the last two days.  Sinus shit thanks to this wonderful shit weather.  Decided to try and up my weights a little on the overhead stuff today but that wasnt a great idea.  My sinus issues had my balance all over the place.  Anyway heres what went down

275*1ish.  Feet went all over here and I decided to stop.  I took some meds yesterday evening only to have them cause me to loose balance and fall into a door.  Sorry I ruined the front door to your house mom and pops.

From here I decided I needed more upper back work so I targeted that area as opposed to some of the other deltoid work Ive been doing

face pulls
100 reps

seated rows
100 reps

Snatch grip barbell rows
100 reps

from here it was some arm work
rope pushdowns super set with rope curls
100reps ea

hammer curls super set w/overhead dbell ext
100 reps ea.

That was it.  Looking forward to getting the pull training back on track in the am.  I spent yesterday in a car going to see some of the gf's family.  Ill admit I had a pretty good childhood.  I never had to do without all the stuff I needed but hearing stories of how shitty her and her brothers had it in foster care really got to me.  Our system for helping the youth thats in foster care is a fucking joke.  After hearing how she was done and seeing the shape of one of her brothers we are truly fucked if we think our government can do anything right for us.
